The short answer
Customers open your ordering page on their phone, add dishes, choose collection or delivery and place the order. The tracking page then shows every step, and afterwards they can leave a review. The video also shows online card checkout, which isn't live yet: for now customers pay at the counter or cash on delivery.
This video shows a customer paying by card. Customers pay at the counter or cash on delivery; online card payment isn't live yet.

Step by step
Everything said in the video, chapter by chapter. Each time opens the video at that moment on YouTube.
0:00This is what your customers see when they order from you online, on their phone. They order for collection or delivery, and pay by card as they order, or in cash.
Your ordering page
0:18At the top, customers see your name and logo, whether you're open now, and roughly how long a collection takes. A short note explains how it works: order ahead, pay by card now, or pay at the counter, or the rider in cash.
0:36Outside your opening hours, the page says you're closed. Customers can still browse the menu, but they can't place an order until you open. They tap the plus on a dish to add it. Here, a Greek salad and a cappuccino. Their order stays at the bottom of the screen, with the total. They tap it to open the order.
1:08Here they choose collection or delivery, and see how long each takes. Then they tap Checkout.
Checkout
1:20For delivery, they search for their address, pick it from the list, and can save it for next time. The map shows how far away they are, the delivery time, and which of your delivery zones they're in. The delivery fee comes from that zone, and it's added to the order summary.
1:48If the order is below that zone's minimum, checkout says how much is needed, and delivery can't be placed yet. For delivery, they can pay by card now, or pay the rider in cash when the food arrives. Our customer switches to collection instead. There's no delivery fee, and no address needed.
2:18They add a mobile number, so you can reach them about the order. Checkout checks that it's a valid number. They choose to pay by card. The money is only held on their card for now. It's taken when you accept the order. They enter their card, tap Pay, and go straight to a tracking page.
Live order tracking
2:47The tracking page updates by itself. It shows the amount held on their card, and that it's waiting for you to confirm the order. Until you accept, customers can cancel for free, and the hold on their card is released. As soon as you accept, the payment is taken.
3:15It shows confirmed, and the time the order will be ready to collect. Below, they see where to collect it, that it's already paid, and one tap for directions or to call you. When your kitchen starts cooking, the order moves to Preparing.
3:38When it's ready, they see Ready to collect, so they know to come in. When they pick it up, you mark it collected on your till, and the tracker shows collected.
Reviews
3:52Now they can rate each dish out of five stars, and add a comment if they like. They tap Submit Review. Customers can leave a review for seven days after the order, once per order. Their review shows at the bottom of your ordering page, with their name, for new customers to read.
