How to get your store online with WalnutPOS

Open your store

0:14Go to Store. Your store has a card with its contact number, opening hours, address and ordering link. On the right, it shows what's left before you go online. Ours still needs an address. Tap Finish setup. This is your store's edit page. The preview on the right shows what customers will see, and it updates as you type.

Address and phone number

0:39Type your street and postcode, so drivers can find you. It also goes on your receipts and your ordering page. That was the last thing missing. The counter now says five of five. Next, your contact number. Customers call it about their order, and it's printed on your receipts too.

Your location

1:03Delivery distances are measured from your location, and it puts you on the map on your ordering page. You can't switch on online ordering without it. Search for your address, and pick it from the list. The pin moves to match.

1:19If it's not quite right, drag the pin, or enter the coordinates yourself.

Opening hours

1:27Right now we're always open, so customers can order at any time. Switch on custom hours. Every day is set to nine in the morning until ten at night. We're closed on Sundays, so switch Sunday off. To change a day's times, tap them. We'll stay open until half past eleven on Friday and Saturday.

1:47Outside these hours, customers can still look at your menu, but they can't place an order.

Save and check

1:58Tap Save store. Your details, your hours and your receipt details are saved together. Back on Stores, the card now says ready for online ordering. And here's your ordering page. Customers see that you're open now, today's hours, how long collection takes, your address and your phone number.
