Batch recipes for sauces and prep

Cost something you make ahead, like a sauce. Give the batch its yield and ingredients and read the cost per litre. Record each batch you make: its ingredients come off stock, the sauce goes on, and you can use it inside any dish.

  • Waste, with a reason

Record what was binned and why, and record stock that's gone missing, so it shows on your stock instead of vanishing.
  • Supplier prices and low stock

Track what you pay each supplier, since recipe costs come from what you paid. Low-stock alerts flag what to reorder.
  • Stocktake

Start a count, count the shelf, check it, then submit. Your stock is corrected to what's really there.
