How it works
Three steps from till to kitchen
- 01
Set up kitchen stations
In the back office, open Kitchen Stations. Name a station, such as Bar, give it a colour and tap the menu categories it makes. Add one more set to "Everything else" for the rest.

Open the kitchen display
On the kitchen's screen, open the till and tap KDS at the top. When it says Live, new orders appear by themselves, with the table and how long each one has waited.

Cook from New to Done
Acknowledge it, start cooking, tap each item to tick it off, then mark it ready. Complete it once it's served and it moves to the Done tab.

What screen do I need?
A spare tablet or an old monitor in the kitchen is enough. On that screen, open the till and tap KDS at the top. When it says Live, new orders arrive by themselves.
How many stations do I get on the £0 plan?
One kitchen station. Advanced removes that limit, so the bar, the grill and the fryer can each have their own.
Do online orders show up on the kitchen screen?
Yes. Online orders you accept land on the kitchen screen too, alongside the orders from your till.
Can the team tick off one item before the whole order is ready?
Yes. Tap an item to tick it off when it's done. When everything on the ticket is done, tap Mark ready, then Complete once it's served.
Customers pay at the counter or cash on delivery; online card payment isn't live yet.
