The short answer
In the back office, open Table and tap Add Predefined Ticket to add each table, then find them at the till on the Dine In tab under Select Ticket Slot. Remove a table with the bin once its order is paid, and pick your order type from the Dine In, Takeaway and Delivery tabs at the top of the till.

Add your tables
0:16In the back office, open Table. These are the tables you already have. Walnut calls these ticket slots. Each one is a name you can save an open order under. In a restaurant, that's your tables. Tap Add Predefined Ticket, and type a name. We're adding the patio, starting with Patio one.
0:40Tap Save. The new table appears in your list. Add Patio two the same way. Every table you add here gets four seats.
Find them at the till
1:04On the Dine In tab, tap Select Ticket Slot. The header shows how many tables are open, and how many are in use. Tables whose names start with the same word are grouped together. Here's the patio, in its own group. You pick a table here when you start a dine-in order. Our taking orders video shows a full dine-in order.
Remove a table
1:32Back in Table, tap the bin next to Patio two. Confirm with Delete, and it's gone. A table with an unpaid order can't be deleted until that order is paid.
Your order types
1:51Your order types are the tabs at the top of the till: Dine In, Takeaway and Delivery. Delivery fees come from your delivery zones, which our taking orders video sets up.
