The Overview
0:42Across the top are your net revenue, gross profit and net profit for the day. Below them are your number of orders and your average order value. Then two charts: your top five items, and your sales by category.
What's selling
1:02Sales by Category totals each category. For each one you get its sales, how many you sold, how many orders it was in, and its share of the total. Sales by Item goes one level deeper, and ranks every item on your menu. Your best-sellers are at the top, with the quantity sold and their share of sales.
1:28Margin only shows for items that have a cost, such as a recipe. The rest say N/A.
Your tax figures
1:39The Tax tab adds up the tax on your sales. It shows your taxable sales, the tax you collected, the tax you refunded, and the net tax due. Underneath, it's split by period and by order type.
